First and foremost, congratulations and well done to all BSP members for your effort and participation towards our “World Cup Challenge” since launched January 2010 till June 2010. Alhamdulillah, there are a lot of improvement especially on Reschedulement sector where we are consistently manage to disburse RM1.0 since Mac 2010. Congratulations to Motor Insurance Team and all members for support and magnificent effort towards achievement >100% premium from budgeted. Credit cards also was shown significant improvement submission where for the past 3 months, we manage to submit 169 cards. And ACP, shown a positive sign to move forward even though there are rooms to improve.
